The London Eye may be a relatively new fixture on London's skyline, but in its short history it has become an icon.  There's no better view of London than from the top of this Observation Wheel, which brings you 440 feet into the air.

How do I get my tickets?
Your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email soon after you complete your booking. Mobile tickets are accepted.

How does it work?

Madame Tussauds: The date and time you select in checkout is for your visit to Madame Tussauds and cannot be changed or modified. Please arrive at the museum 15 minutes prior to your selected time and go to Door 2. Scan the barcode on your e-ticket and begin your visit.

London Eye: You can visit the London Eye up to three days prior to your Madame Tussauds visit or up to 90 days following. 
For faster access, we recommend that you book a specific date and time for your London Eye visit using the booking portal. The link and instructions for the booking portal can be found on your e-ticket. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. 

Attractions not prebooked via the booking portal will be subject to availability at the time of visit and will require going to the ticket desk to get booked into the next available time slot. Immediate availability is not guaranteed.

Please note: one e-ticket will grant access to all attractions. Should you make any changes in the booking portal, the barcodes on your e-tickets will be automatically updated, so no new e-tickets will be required. You can change your booking up to 10 times and up to 24 hours prior to your booked visit at Madame Tussauds.

Do I have to visit both attractions on the same day?
No. You can choose to visit the London Eye up to 3 days prior to your visit to Madame Tussauds and up to 90 days following. We recommend using the booking portal to schedule the date and time for your London Eye visit.

How do I get my 10% discount at the Madame Tussauds shop?
Your e-ticket will contain a link to your exclusive 10% discount at the Madame Tussauds gift shop. Please print out the voucher and present it to the gift shop cashier to redeem your 10% discount.
